Modelsheets
Hey guys, I'm currently in the process of making modelsheets, but I remember there was talk last class about having the trees modeled in sections that are attached together. Does this fit the description? And also, how should I go about creating the before and after versions of the trees? Should I have separate model sheets for those for separate models? Or some houw make a trunk with branches which the "lush" sections can attach to?

More garden stuff
Check this out, we can add a few things to the inventory list.
blueprint4veggiegarden (pdf)
I looked up the "cultivator", but most of that is designed for larger scale gardens, unless you want to do something with rotating blades... but I think that the better option for that would be a plough. Then you could have the robot pulling it along and the old man guiding it.
This would cultivate the soil at a deeper level, and the hoe could be used for breaking up chunks and such instead of the rotating blade thing. The hoe can also be used for removing weeds.
One other thing that I don't remember if we have on the list is a compost box. This is important. Maybe it can go behind the water tanker, since it needs direct sun to heat the box up so it can compost faster.
It might be a good idea to have the water tanker on the side of the house closer to the vegatable garden, since he'll need to water it regularly.
Vegatable garden:
- Tomatos and Carrots (planted together, they take care of each other)
- Sweet Potatos
- Corn
- Cucumbers
- Maybe Lettuce, more likely Cabbage
- Runner Beans / Peas of some sort
- Onions
- Sunflowers
- Basil
- mint (?) (makes good aggressive ground cover, too)
- Watermelon
I'll be posting more concept WIPs soon, either here or on my dA page. :)
